We have a new approach to sanitising our rooms. Upon check-out all rooms will be fully disinfected, cleaned and *bio-misted. *STERI-7 commercial bio-misting technology enables us to safely disinfect rooms killing up to 99.9999%.
For stays less than 1 week there will be no staff access for the duration of your visit. If you are staying for more than one week, with your permission, we will thoroughly clean, disinfect, *bio-mist, change linen, replenish toiletries, tea/coffee trays and waste bins will be emptied.
If you require any fresh products please contact our Reception team who will leave them outside your room. At the end of your stay we request guests to leave doors and windows open (subject to weather conditions).
