Sometimes holidays don’t go as planned, so if you need to cancel your room it’s no problem. We wont charge you a penny if you tell us two days prior to arrival.
Preferred Pre-Paid Booking Terms
Flexibility even on our non-flexible rates. Although we can’t refund our Pre-Paid rates, we are able to alter the date of your stay, subject to a 7 day notice period. Payment can be held up to 3 months and it gives you flexibility to move your holiday. All we charge is a small 10% fee (minimum £25 fee) so that we can get everything in order for you.
