HATHA YOGA
Restore body and mind, whilst building strength and flexibility with a balanced hatha yoga class. You will gradually and mindfully move through postures, encouraging a deeper connection between mind, body and breath. Modifications are offered to ensure accessibility for all levels, including beginners. Classes incorporate guided relaxation and meditation to leave you feeling energised whilst calm and balanced.
