Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or improve strength, we have a wide variety of classes to achieve your goals in a friendly environment and with instructors to give your motivation and a helping hand.

Classes are available to hotel guests, members and non-members.

Booking early to avoid disappointment. Subject to availability.

 

TIMETABLE

HATHA YOGA

Restore body and mind, whilst building strength and flexibility with a balanced hatha yoga class.  You will gradually and mindfully move through postures, encouraging a deeper connection between mind, body and breath.  Modifications are offered to ensure accessibility for all levels, including beginners.  Classes incorporate guided relaxation and meditation to leave you feeling energised whilst calm and balanced.

PILATES

A system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso. Perfect if your goal is to weight loss, toning, strength & conditioning, building muscle, training for an event or general fitness.

YOGA

Experience mind and body connection through a series of disciplined physical postures, plus breathing exercises and relaxation. You’ll be increasing flexibility and balancing all parts of the body through this strengthening workout. Yoga can help reduce stress levels and improve overall health.
