Congratulations to chef Simon Braz for winning Country Fares ‘Creative Minds Competition’ for fresh thinking seasonal cuisine.
The Creative Minds Competition invites chefs to prepare their own seasonal dish based on a specific ingredient – this season Country Fare chose the tomato. Simon created the most beautiful dish using Heritage Tomato with split tomato consommé. To decide the winner entrants took a picture of their dish and placed it on their own personal social media pages with the most likes winning the competition. Simon received over 100 likes for this stunning dish – amazing!
