Executive Head Chef, Jason Hornbuckle, took centre stage at the recent Purewell Networking Event chaired by Dorset Society. His charismatic personality and colourful demonstration techniques had everyone laughing and eagerly awaiting the final appetisers to taste.

Guest speaker Andy Martin, Editor of the Bournemouth Daily Echo, gave a fun and topical speech, all while we all sipped Prosseco and ate Jason’s freshly prepared fish appetisers and delicate soup tasters.
