Haven Spa situated in Sandbanks, Poole, is a luxury sanctuary for the relaxation and reinvigoration of your body and mind. Located at the tip of the Sandbanks peninsula, you will enjoy a pleasant environment where you will enhance your overall well-being — whether with swimming in our indoor or outdoor pools, bubbling in our hot tub, exercising or any one of our other complementary activities.

Access to the facilities available for members, spa day guests, day pass holders and FJB guests. Classes are available to everyone at an extra cost. Outdoor pool seasonally heated.

HOT TUB & SEASONAL OUTDOOR POOL

Whether you’re doing a few lengths before brekkie or spending the whole day in the water – our seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool will soon become your favourite spot! With its 18 metres in length, you can stroll from the pool to our bubbling sea view hot tub or sun lounger area.

Children under 16 years are welcome to use the swimming pool daily from 10am to 6pm with the parental supervision.

INDOOR PLUNGE POOL

Immerse yourself in our plunge pool at the Haven Spa. With specific pools inside the main pool hosting different pressure and movement to enhance your experience.

Children under 16 years are welcome to use the swimming pool daily from 10am to 6pm with the parental supervision.

SAUNA & STEAM ROOM

The choice is yours. Warm and relax your muscles helping to lower your blood pressure in our sauna, or detoxify your body and purify your skin by spend few minutes in our steam room.

GYM & PERSONAL TRAINING

If you’re feeling energetic, our state-of-the-art facilities include a fully equipped cardiovascular gym. With a wide variety of high standard equipment that range from olympic free weights and kettlebells through to cardiovascular machines.

All Haven Spa Members are entitled to a gym induction and to have program relating to their health and fitness goals created especially for them by one of our qualified instructors. And don’t forget our fantastic classes too!

FOOD & DRINKS

Once you’ve melted away all your tensions and just can’t face leaving the sun lounger, our poolside grill and bar offer seasonal lite bites and drinks*. With a private entrance straight onto the beach, you can literally hear the waves crashing as you recline with a glass of wine.
If our poolside bar is not open, why not have a drink or grab a light bite in our Club Lounge. With ocean outlooks, you couldn’t be closer to the water.

DAY PASS

From £40

Indulge yourself for a day with full access to all the Haven Spa facilities. Relax in our hot tub, feel detoxified with a visit to our sauna or steam room, then dive into our heated indoor pool, or seasonally heated outdoor pool. During the day, perhaps have a drink or a bit to eat on our outdoor loungers with sea views, or maybe a refreshing walk on Sandbanks beach with our direct beach access.
