Simon Hallam, Head Chef at the Sandbanks Hotel, Sandbanks.

 

  • Like many of the great culinary masters of the past and present, Simon Hallam was inspired by his grandmother and from a young age he aspired to becoming an accomplished, respected Chef. After completing his training in Northampton, Simon moved south to progress his career and become an award winning Chef. Classing himself as an ‘all-rounder’ Simon’s style is traditional with a modern twist.
  • Having owned and run his own AA Rosette awarded restaurant for 12 years, he is now Head Chef at our prestigious Sandbanks Hotel. His developed award-winning style of cooking and presentation ensures that every dish leaving his kitchen offers perfect, mouth-watering food, presented with unique style and to optimum quality and taste.
  • Head Chef, Simon Hallam is committed to creating great food. Bringing local ingredients to the table with menus that suit all tastes, including fresh seafood from Poole Quay and locally sourced meat and vegetarian dishes.

 


Seaview Restaurant

  • Situated on the Sandbanks Peninsula, our beachfront restaurant boasts celebrated chefs and an enviable sea view. As the sun dips below the sea, head down for dinner in the Seaview Restaurant with fabulous ocean outlooks.
  • For families dining with small children, we have a special kid’s menu that caters for even the fussiest of eaters! Plus dedicated dining times, so that mum and dad can enjoy time together whilst the children are being entertained.
  • Dine with us daily between 7pm and 9pm
    (Children’s menu from 6pm during school holidays).


Pizza on the Beach

  • Pizza on the Beach features a wood oven for unique, tasty and smoky flavoured pizzas.

  • Join us on our terrace overlooking the beach whilst our Chefs prepare your pizza or bap in our open-kitchen. Alternatively, take it away to enjoy on the beach!
    On occasion, live music fills the terrace and makes an ambient atmosphere for the Summer

  • Pizza on the Beach is open between 12pm to 10pm.
    (weather permitting)

     

  • Dine with us daily between 7pm and 9pm
    (Children’s menu from 6pm during school holidays).
